Anal fissure
An anal fissure is painful condition in which a cut or tear occurs in the anus. An anal fissure normally causes pain and bleeding with bowel movements. Anal fissures affect people all ages but most often in middle age. It usually takes a few weeks for anal fissures to heal. Sometimes anal fissures can become chronic. If an anal fissure doesn't heal, medical treatment in form of surgery can generally reduce the pain.
