Our HELIOS Hospitals
For your convenience we provide laundry service and, if needed, escort service within the hospital. HELIOS gives you and your relatives the chance to stay together in one of our suites or in a hotel reserved by us, if you wish. We would also like to help you with planning your trip to Germany (not covered by the hospital cost).
Language, culture & family
The assistance of an interpreter will be available as well. Our Hotline is available for you at any time and will also take care of your transportation back and forth to the airport. HELIOS not only caters to the needs of its patients but also to accompanying family and friends. We arrange for accomodation in the hospital, in a hotel in the vicinity or directly in the city centre.
Shuttle service
A shuttle is available for your convenience, and HELIOS also offers a special excursion program touring Erfurt, and the surrounding area: let us show you the city.
What else can you do in Erfurt?
We will provide you with insider tips about where to go shopping or where to dine. We can book tickets for you to a cultural event such as a rock concert, an opera, a museum visit, or a theatre play.
