For your convenience we provide laundry service and, if needed, escort service within the hospital. HELIOS gives you and your relatives the chance to stay together in one of our suites or in a hotel reserved by us if you wish.
We would also like to help you with planning your trip to Germany (not covered by the hospital cost). The assistance of an interpreter will be available as well. Our Hotline team is available to answer your queries at any time and will also take care of your transportation to and from the airport.
Family and friends
HELIOS not only caters to the needs of its patients but also to accompanying family and friends. We arrange for accomodation in the hospital, in a hotel in the vicinity or directly in the city centre. A shuttle is available for your convenience.
Free time
HELIOS also offers a special excursion program touring Berlin, Wuppertal, Schwerin or Siegburg and the surrounding areas: let us show you the cities. We will provide you with insider tips about where to go shopping or where to dine. We can also book tickets for you for cultural events such as rock concerts, the opera, museum visits or the theatre.
